Export an editable PowerPoint file

Generate an Early Access editable PPTX and choose it appropriately alongside standard PowerPoint export.

Early Access appears below export actions when you are signed in and eligible.
Open Early Access in the signed-in editor and choose Editable PPTX.

Generate it from Early Access

After signing in, open “Early Access” at the top of the editor and choose “Editable PPTX.” The action appears only while the environment and your account entitlement both allow it. Stay on the page during generation and do not start another export at the same time.

Choose editability or visual fidelity

Editable PPTX writes supported text, lists, shapes, and images as separate PowerPoint elements. Standard PowerPoint prioritizes matching the Preview. Use the editable version when you expect to revise content, and the standard version when the submitted appearance matters most.

Unsupported slides stop safely

If a layout or decoration cannot be represented safely, Marplio stops instead of returning a partially editable file. Use the standard PowerPoint export in that case. PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides may substitute fonts or reflow content, so review every generated slide.
